Features:
- Unwinder and rewinder which can change rolls without stopping machine, continuous production, with high efficiency.
- Apply diffencent coating methods to realize accutate coating amount according to different production technology.
- Two oven types can be chose: ‘open from side door’ or’ open from roof’, the substrates are carried by crawler.
- The oven has good insulation performance as well as accurate temperature control.
- The whole machine has tension controllers to control each section to keep the material running smoothly without any wrinkle, and little shrinkage.
- The rewinder applies surface rewinding way to automatically rewind and cut small rolls with fixed length and without stopping machine.
